About Us

Blue Ridge Thermoforming manufactures plastic parts for custom component applications and packaging. BRT uses primarily thermoforming and vacuum forming, 5-axis and 3-axis routing, and die cutting operations for production. Blue Ridge offers in-house concept design, SolidWorks 3-D tooling drawings, pattern making, and prototyping. Custom manufacturing of large or small quantities, special assemblies or fabrication, and forming of special or unique materials are all available.
