Blue Ridge Thermoforming is a custom vacuum forming manufacturer based in Greenville, South Carolina. We specialize in both thin gauge and heavy gauge thermoforming, producing high-quality packaging and equipment covers for a wide range of industries.

Who We Are

With nearly 25,000 sq. ft. of production space and 15,000 sq. ft. of offsite warehousing nearby, we are equipped to support:

  • Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping

  • Safety stock storage

  • Mold storage and maintenance

We operate with a highly trained team of 25 employees across two shifts and have the capacity to scale to three. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, reflecting a strong culture of loyalty and professional growth.

We believe in continuous improvement and invest in on-the-job training to ensure our team stays sharp and every product meets the highest standard.

What We Do

Heavy Gauge Thermoforming

  • 3 rotary thermoformers

  • Part sizes: up to 60” x 100”, down to 12” x 16”

  • Material thickness: .03” to .5”

  • Common materials: HDPE, HMWPE, ABS, HIPS, PET/PETG, Polycarbonate, PVC

Thin Gauge Thermoforming

  • 3 forming lines with inline cutting

  • Max tray size: 30” x 36”

  • Material thickness: .015” to .06”

  • Common materials: HIPS, PET/PETG, PVC, HDPE, HMWPE, LDPE, Polycarbonate, ABS

  • Includes an environment-controlled inspection and packaging room
