Blue Ridge Thermoforming operates three thin gauge forming lines, each equipped with inline cutting capabilities. These systems allow us to produce parts efficiently with clean, accurate edges—ideal for high-volume and sensitive applications.

  • Max tray size: 30” x 36”

  • Material thickness: .015” to .06”

  • Common materials: HIPS, PET/PETG, PVC, HDPE, HMWPE, LDPE, Polycarbonate, ABS

  • Clean room integration: All lines feed directly into a controlled environment used for inspection and packaging of sensitive parts.
